Housing :

Marrakech a tourist city, have a number of hotels and Riads of different ranges (3, 4 and 5 *). The committee of organization proposes blocks of rooms reserved for Congress participants in the following hotels and special rates have been secured. These rates can be obtained only by booking through the our website. The number of pax reserved for the conference in these hotels is limited, it is thus necessary to proceed to the reservation as soon as possible.

NB: transfer bus to the Conference Centre could be organized at specific times.

Reservation and Confirmation

· Booking Process: Please select the dates, room type, and any additional options (such as extra nights, transfers, excursions, etc.), then enter your personal and payment information.

· Booking Confirmation: Once the reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

Payment

Full Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card or bank transfer.

Ø Credit Card Payment: A secure link will be sent to you during your booking to make the payment according to the selected services.

Ø Bank Transfer Payment: Our bank details will be sent to you upon receipt of your reservation.

Transaction Security: The payment will be secure, with a protected payment link as well as credit card information and personal data.

Cancellation and Modification

· Cancellation Policy: For any total or partial cancellation by the client, the following fees will apply (relative to the departure date):

· 40 to 20 days before: 25% of the amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

· 19 to 10 days before: 75% of the amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· Less than 9 days before: 100% of the amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Booking Modification: You can modify your booking (change of dates, room type) for an additional fee.

Rates and Taxes

· Availability and Rates: Availability and rates are limited to the number of hotel rooms available. Priority is given to the first registrant.

Rate Transparency: Rates are all-inclusive of taxes.

Privacy Policy

· Data Protection: The website complies with the law concerning personal data protection. Your information will be used and protected under this law.
