Dear Participants,
To ensure a smooth and professional poster
presentation at the conference, please adhere to the following
guidelines
regarding the format and dimensions of your posters:
1. Dimensions & Format:
- Recommended
size: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.
Ensure that your poster does not exceed these dimensions,
as the
display boards are designed to accommodate this size.
- Posters
should be printed on paper or fabric, as digital screens may
not be available.
2. Layout & Design:
- Title:
Large, bold, and readable from a distance (at least 70 pt font
size).
- Authors
& Affiliations: Below the title, slightly smaller but still
clear.
- Use
high-quality images (minimum 300 dpi) and clear
graphs/tables.
- Maintain
a consistent color scheme with good contrast for readability.
3. Content Guidelines:
- Introduction: Briefly
introduce the topic and objectives.
- Methods: Clearly describe
the methodology used.
- Results: Present key
findings using graphs, charts, and minimal text.
- Conclusion: Summarize the
main insights and their significance.
- References & Acknowledgments: Keep them concise at the bottom.
4. Printing & Display:
- Participants
must bring their printed posters to the conference.
- Posters
should be mounted at the designated boards 30 minutes the session
starts.
- Fixing
materials (e.g., push pins, tape) will be provided by the organizers.
- Be
prepared to briefly explain your poster to attendees during the
designated poster session.
- Bring
a printed copy of your abstract or additional handouts if you wish to
share more details.
- Posters
must be removed at the end of the session. Any posters left behind will
be discarded.
