Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Everyone attending the conference must register and pay the registration fee, whether or not you are presenting a communication.

Time Management
Ensure your presentation lasts within the allotted time. We recommend practicing your talk to ensure smooth delivery and to stay within the time limit. You will have 10 minutes for your presentation.
Clarity of Content
Keep your slides clear and simple. Avoid overwhelming the audience with too much information.
Technical Preparation
Ensure your presentation is compatible with the conference’s AV equipment. If you’re using PowerPoint, save your slides in a compatible format and bring them on a USB drive.
Prepare for Questions
Q&A will be organized at the end of the session. Be prepared to answer questions from the audience.
Be Respectful of Other Presenters
Arrive on time, and ensure that your session doesn’t run over time, allowing other presenters to have their full slots.
